The problem
A regional educational institution needed to replace paper exams. The full process — create, distribute, administer, grade, and analyze — took weeks. Teachers had no visibility into per-student performance until after manual grading.
The solution
Multi-role platform (admin / teacher / student) with question bank, timed exam engine with anti-cheat protection, automatic grading, and performance dashboards by group and student. Role-based authentication with NextAuth and JWT sessions.
