The problem
A hazardous materials storage company in Ilo managed all their safety protocols on paper. Employee certifications, emergency plans, inspections, and incident records were hard to audit and easy to lose in daily operations.
The solution
Multi-role system (supervisor / operator / auditor) with protocol library, digital inspection flow, incident logging with photos, certification tracking, and PWA with offline mode for warehouse zones without WiFi coverage.
